Thank you for your interest in the Lodi Grape Festival. We are dedicated to providing our vendors with beautiful facilities in which to exhibit and sell their products and services. We attracted over 65,000 customers in 2012 and we expect that new attractions and great entertainment to draw a larger crowd this year!

We are always looking for vendors with new and different products. Please fill out the space request form in it’s entirety and return it to the Lodi Grape Festival, P.O. Box 848, Lodi, CA 95241 along with a photo of your booth. We will contact you if your booth has been accepted. Your space request may be waitlisted, as we do receive many requests each year, but if space does become available we will contact you.

Concession Rates
  • $500.00 guarantee against 20% of gross sales, whichever is greater
  • You must have your own concession trailer, no booths.

Parking Information
  • Vehicle parking available in "A" lot for $40.00 per space (You must pay in advance to reserve space)
  • OR
  • One free vehicle space per vendor in Stadium Lot, across from the fair grounds

Contract Information
  • Must remain open during all days and all hours of the Fair
  • Must have general liability insurance or purchase through C.F.S.A.
  • California Resale Number required for all vendors selling products or soliciting business
